A Bachelor of Business Administration in business integrated studies helps you develop the capabilities, knowledge and character needed for a successful business career.
The G. Brint Ryan College of Business offers a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a professional field in business integrated studies and one with business integrated studies - international track. Students pursuing the professional field in business integrated studies only have the option to pursue a dual degree with the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon, France. This degree has a required supporting field in business administration. This degree is designed to prepare students for a variety of generalist positions in business and industry.

Additional requirements
- The program’s 30 hours must encompass a total of at least three business subject areas
- 3 hours must be completed from the Creation of Goods and Services requirement: DSCI 3870 , ECON 4140 , LSCM 3960 , OPSM 3830 or other approved Creation of Goods and Services courses
- 3 hours of any 3000/4000 level Business or Economics Course
- At least 15 of the 30 hrs must be completed at the 4000 level
- Students must provide proof of proficiency in a foreign language (through the level of 2050)
- Completion of a study abroad/international experience
- All prerequisites for the courses will be enforced
- In addition to the University Core Curriculum, Pre-Business, Business Foundation and Business Integrated Studies requirements, students must complete the following professional and supporting field courses for a BBA – Business Integrated Studies – International Track. A grade of C or better must be earned in each professional field and supporting course completed in residence or transferred to UNT.
Professional Field
Important: There are restrictions & limitations regarding how Business Subject Areas can be combined and courses selected. The following restrictions apply: - If two subject areas contain the same course, that course may only be used for one subject area (no double-dipping of courses between Business Subject Areas)
- All courses must be chosen from within the same subject area (no mixing of course lists)
- There are no substitutions for the courses listed in the subject areas
- Some Subject Areas contain more than 12 hours. This will not increase the number of hours required for the degree, but will reduce the number of free electives.
- Approved Business Subject Areas (additional course options must be pre-approved by program or academic advisor).
