Includes a study of the litigation process and constitutional law; selected areas of private and public law, including government regulation; international dimensions of the legal environment of business, business ethics and the social responsibility of business organizations. Business context is emphasized with a focus on individual and managerial decision-making in response to legal and ethical issues.
