MFET 3510 - Electronic Properties of Materials



4 hours (3;3)

Introduction to the electronic structure and properties of crystalline and non-crystalline materials. Band theory is discussed and applied to conducting, semiconducting, and insulating materials. Structure and properties are related.

Prerequisite(s): ENGR 3450 , MATH 1720 , PHYS 2220 /PHYS 2240 .
