Enables students to understand how taxes (primarily income taxes) affect business decision-making. Takes the perspective of the business decision-maker rather than the tax professional.

Prerequisite(s): ACCT 4300 (with a c or higher); ACCT 4320 (with a C or higher); or consent of department chair.
