Admission requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education, with an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 overall.
- 24 semester hours of undergraduate course work with 12 hours in upper-level mathematics.
Program requirements, 24 hours
Teacher education courses, 18 hours
Student teaching or practicum, 6 hours
Either student teaching EDEE 5103 and EDEE 5104 (taken concurrently) or practicum for students hired as teachers of record on probationary teacher certificate, EDCI 5105 and EDCI 5115 (one in each of two consecutive long terms/semesters). |
