This certificate program is open to students majoring in RTVF or converged broadcast media. Interested students must apply and be admitted into the restricted television news producing certificate program. Students must complete 18 hours in RTVF and CBCM courses as described below. An internship in a professional news operation (radio, television, web, etc.) is recommended to supplement the program, but is not required for completion of the certificate.
