INDS 4000 - Visual Thinking and Data Design

Introduction to the art and science of data analytics and visualization for effective communications. The process of visual thinking and design of data includes the physical, mathematical or otherwise logical representation of a system, entity, phenomenon or process. This includes data modeling, data processing, mapping data attributes to graphical attributes and strategic visual encoding based on known properties of visual perception.
