FINA 5310 - Advanced Topics in Financial Management3 hours
Reviews advanced topics in the management of corporate and financial assets. Examines the valuation and cash flow effects resulting from decisions regarding capital structure, capital budgeting, cost of capital, and dividend payout. Students apply the statistical and econometric models used to value real options in their analysis of these important corporate decisions.
Prerequisite(s): FINA 5170 or equivalent.
