3 hours An introduction to film studies. Areas of study include the production, distribution and reception of film with a special emphasis on film form. Also introduces broader concepts of ideology and representation as theorized within cultural studies.
Prerequisite(s): Pre-majors in radio, television and film (PRTF) and completed 12 hours of UNT course work or accepted in transfer with a GPA of 2.75 or better.
