The 12-hour graduate academic certificate in instructional design and technology prepares students with competency and skills for the instructional design and technology workforce. The curriculum provides the conceptual foundation and application experiences to develop a defined set of competencies needed to perform essential job functions involving analysis, design, development, implementation, and assessment of instructional units. The courses provide students with hands-on experiences with technologies and applications. The following courses are intended to be taken in sequence and it is possible to take two courses concurrently. LTEC 5210  is the first course and is a prerequisite for subsequent courses.
