Admission requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education, with an undergraduate GPA of 2.8 overall or 3.0 in the last 60 hours. (GPA based on a 4.0 scale.)
- Passing scores on the 4–8 Mathematics Pre-admission Content Test (PACT)
Teacher education courses, 12 hours
Student teaching or practicum, 6 hours
Either student teaching EDEE 5103 and EDEE 5104 (taken concurrently) or practicum for students hired as teachers of record on probationary teacher certificate, EDCI 5105 and EDCI 5115 (one in each of two consecutive long terms/semesters). |
