PADM 4250 - Community Development and Collaborative Planning

An asset-based approach to community planning that cities and nonprofit community-based organizations use to shape neighborhoods, cities, and metropolitan areas. Cities and collaborating organizations provide a virtual laboratory for examining the forces that shape them such as politics, population, finance, and environment.
