Topics include decision-making under uncertainty; equilibrium pricing models, capital structure theory; agency theory and the market for corporate control; signaling models; the pricing of contingent claims; current developments and selected readings in the finance literature.

Prerequisite(s): FINA 5310 or equivalent.
