FINA 3100 - Fundamentals of Financial Planning

Prepare students to begin the journey of financial literacy. Introduction to financial planning, insurance, budgeting, credit, home ownership, education savings, investments and tax problems. Designed to fulfill the 3-hour fundamentals education requirement for the Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification.

Prerequisite(s): None.

May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 6 hours.
