EDEC 3613 - Childhoods Across Time, Space and Place

Introduction to the study of children and childhoods. Centered on the sociology of childhood and will explore the study of children and childhoods across time, space and place in order to better understand complexity of young children. Topics to be explored include play, children and popular culture, peer cultures, and issues impacting childhood.
Prerequisite(s): EDEC 1010 .
