ADES 2510 - Typography II

3 hours (2;4)
Teaches students about typography hierarchy and systems. Building on the skills learned in Typography I, students engage with grid sequences and narrative, hierarchical relationships, typographic texture, typographic expressions, formal typographic variables and their effect on typographic systems. Traditional techniques are used over the course of the semester. This is an artifact-based course.

Prerequisite(s): ART 1510 . Students are required to have completed Adobe InDesign certification prior to the start of this class.
