GEOG 4420 - Critical Resource Geography: Population, Nature, Food and Energy
3 hours
Examines theories and case studies of nature-society relations, human resources, and nature and natural resources. Focuses on political economy of resource security, commodification and marketization of nature, and sustainability across geographical scales. Fosters critical thinking and environmental responsibility.
Prerequisite(s): GEOG 1200 or GEOG 2170 , or consent of department.
